My name is Sheila. I am a mother of two, a 15 year old and a 13 year old, who I have been homeschooling since fall of 2005. I enjoy helping them to grasp their subjects and seeing the light go on in their eyes when they get what we have been working on. I have been teaching them Language Art, Biology, General Science, Music, Math, Algebra, Art, Bible, Literature, and much more since 2005. I have an Associates of Applied Science in Business Administration and also teach them how to manage money and prepare for their future. I have many teachers books that I use to help myself help my children grasp their subjects and would be using those to assist any person that I tutored.

Elementary (K-6th)

I have been homeschooling my children since my daughter was in 3rd grade and my son in 5th grade. Doing this has opened my mind to things I missed when I was in grade school and I have found a love of subjects (history) that I did not have. I also have broadened my horizons to the world around me and increased my knowledge of the subjects that I excelled in in grade school and middle school.

General Computer

Have a very good working knowledge of computers, the internet, Microsoft office, Microsoft Works, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and have taught both my kids to use the computer. My son has even surpassed my knowledge and learned to build his own server.

Business

I have an associates of applied science degree in business administration and over 10 years experience as an office administrator.

Cooking

I have been cooking since I was a girl. Following a recipe is easy and fun and once you learn to do that, (plus a few tricks from old time cooks) you will find cooking to be rewarding and an adventure that is only limited by your desire to learn.

You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
