I am a certified Secondary Social Studies Teacher in South Carolina in Grades 7-12. Secondly, I have had extensive experience at teaching and managing elementary-high school students. I have substituted in three Anderson County school districts for a total of five years. U.S. History, Western Civilization/World History, South Carolina History, Geography, and U.S. Government/Economics are the subject areas that I have extensive and strong knowledge in. I am very knowledgeable in Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Biology, Pre-Calculus, Physical Science, English, French, SAT Math and English, Writing papers, and Introductory Computer applications like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. I earned my Bachelor's of Arts in History from Clemson University in May 2003. After graduation, I worked for state and county governments but decided that teaching was my true passion. From the Fall 2007-Fall 2008, I finished the necessary education courses at USC-Upstate to be eligible for my South Carolina Teacher's Certificate. Finally, I earned my Secondary Social Studies Certification in South Carolina in June 2009.
