I am a veteran of the entertainment industry with over 20 years experience as a professional musician, video editor and trained multi-media/communications specialist. As a High Honors graduate with a degree in Radio Television and Broadcasting, as well as a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, I look forward to the opportunity to successfully assist in your learning efforts.
I am able to adapt my method of tutoring to the style that best fits each student personally. While some students are visual learners, others are very good listeners and still others require a combination of both visual and auditory stimuli. Most importantly, my effort at each phase of the learning process is to confirm that the student has in fact learned the subject matter and is able to comprehensively discuss the topic(s) or test with confidence.
I am certified in Digital Audio Techniques and Graphics Communications. In addition to this, I have an educational background that includes mass communications, interpersonal and speech communications. These qualities are what have prepared me to connect with both students and parents to achieve positive results.
