I am a graduate student at Rhode Island College. I will earn my M.A.T. in elementary education in June. I am also a photographer and writer. I have been tutoring and teaching for over ten years, and I have taught after school programs in writing, service learning, and photography. Elementary (K-6th)

I am an M.A.T. candidate at Rhode Island College. I will finish my studies in June 2012, and my content is elementary education grades 1-6. I have also taught preschool and been a substitute teacher for over 5 years in pre-k through high school, including Kindergarten.

Photography

I am also a professional photographer and a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design. I enjoy teaching enrichment programs in photography for students in grades 1-6.

ADD/ADHD

I have worked with many students who have ADD/ADHD, including my own children. I have advocated for services for students with this diagnosis; and I understand the challenges students face due to the many symptoms ADD/ADHD can exhibit which interfere with learning.
