I am currently employed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Rhode Island College. I have been an Adjunct Instructor, History Dept at Rhode Island College as well as a Research Assistant for a historical project in Providence.
I graduated summa cum laude with a GPA of 3.94 from Rhode Island College. In addition, I have received the Evelyn Walsh, Claiborne Pell, and Phi Alpha Theta Awards in history, and the RIC Graduate Leadership Award 2011.
I am proficient in: US, Global, Ancient, European, and Muslim history.
I possess highly developed skills in research, academic writing, critical thinking, study strategies, and public speaking.
My computer skills include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Quickbooks, Peachtree, Great Plains, Outlook and Library Databases.
