I have a BA degree in psychology from St. John's University and an MA in guidance and counseling from New York University. I have been working with college students with documented disabilities for the last seven years, but have also spent time working with non disabled students in grades k through 9.
I currently work at a local university providing academic accommodations and coaching to students with and without documented disabilities. I can provide assistance in preparing for the transition from high school to college in terms of accommodation availability, responsibility, etc., as well as provide preparation via review of student skills necessary for success. I also administer ADHD screenings that help individuals decide whether or not to get further evaluated.
