I have worked as a Nutritionist for a major Organic Food manufacturer for five years after earning my B.S. in Nutrition Science. They hired me to implement the Nutrition Labeling and Education Act of 1990, which involved computerized analysis of some 500 products, verified and cross-checked using chemical analysis. I also advised their customers on issues too technical for normal customer service reps. In addition, I advised management on making label claims, and provided technical support to product development.
