Having the experience of teaching mathematics has always been one of my strong points. Growing up I would help my older sisters with the mathematics that was difficult for them. This allowed me to start to work one-on-one with students. They would sometimes get frustrated, but I would assure them that they could do the problems and would explain the problems to them in a different way.
In the last year I was a substitute teacher in mathematics along with other subjects. I love using numbers to evaluate problems. I currently hold a mathematics teaching certificate for grades 7-12. My college course work includes over 40 credit hours of mathematics.
