I am a retired professional with over 27 years of experience in Information Systems involving analysis, planning, development, design, implementation and management of information systems.
I possess the communication, presentation, documentation and writing skills to meet a variety of audiences, from high-level policy makers to technical personnel.
I conducted research in an academic environment as well as on a business/tactical level and planned and executed projects, managed budgets and personnel (hired, mentored, and terminated employees and consultants), lead and directed the work of others.
Some of my specific experience and talents include strategic planning, budget and grant preparation, project management, systems analysis and implementation, statistical analysis and research. I am more than proficient in a variety of computer office, presentation, and analytical software.
