####
Algebra 1

I have a BA in Mathematics from California University of Pennsylvania, received in December 2013.

####
Algebra 2

Algebra 2 and the lessons I learned from this course were vital in acquiring my BA in Mathematics degree.

####
American History

I scored a 4/5 on College Board AP exam.

####
Calculus

I have a BA in Mathematics from California University of Pennsylvania, which I received in December of 2013. I have an extensive background in both derivatives and integrals, word problems, min and Max problems, the fundamental theorem of calculus, and related rates problems.

####
Chemistry

My qualifications in chemistry include AP chemistry at Trinity high school, a 4/5 on the college board AP chemistry exam, and two semesters of general chemistry at California University of Pennsylvania. I have tutored chemistry before and have identified specific areas that students tend to stumble over.

####
Prealgebra

I hold a BA in Mathematics from California University of Pennsylvania.

While a student at CalU, I worked for several semesters as a tutor in the California University of Pennsylvania Mathematics Lab where we assisted students in courses ranging from general developmental math through the algebra series and into calculus and beyond.

####
Precalculus

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from California University of Pennsylvania.

I am skilled at working with polynomial and rational functions, exponentials and logarithmic functions, and the higher order skills that are taught in precalculus.

My area of specialization is actually calculus, so I can be doubly useful at explaining "why" something is useful, and how it applies in the "big picture".

####
SAT Math

I took the SATs once and scored 710 out of a possible 800 on the math portion. I also have a BA in Mathematics so I am well qualified to review any problems you may have with a particular subset of questions. I have tutored for the SATs before, and have quite a few tips and quick strategies to narrow down the possible answers and help you score your best.

####
Geology

I hold a BS in Geology from California University of Pennsylvania.

My experiences within geology include both field work within the local region, as well as my coursework from CalU. This coursework covered a variety of concentrations, including environmental geology, historical geology, structural geology, geomorphology, petrology, sedimentology and stratigraphy, and even geochemistry and hydrology (both surficial and groundwater based).

####
ACT Math

I scored a 31 composite.

####
Discrete Math

I have a BA in Mathematics from California University of Pennsylvania, which I received in December of 2013. My discrete math skills include logic, both inductive and deductive reasoning, and proof by contradiction and contraposition.

####
Differential Equations

I have a BA in Mathematics from California University of Pennsylvania, which I received in December of 2013. Differential equations and the lessons I learned from this course were vital in acquiring this degree.

####
Linear Algebra

I have a BA in Mathematics from California University of Pennsylvania, which I received in December of 2013. My skills with matrices include matrix algebra, eigenvalues and eigenvectors, utilizing matrices to solve real world problems such as network or traffic flow and/or balancing chemical equations, linear transformations, stochastic matrices, and determinants.

####
Logic

I have a BA in Mathematics from California University of Pennsylvania, which I received in December of 2013. My skills with logic include induction and deduction, deMorgans theorems, universal and existential maxims, truth tables and other methods of validity, and tautologies.

####
Finite Math

I have a BA in Mathematics from California University of Pennsylvania, which I received in December of 2013. While my specialties lie in calculus and more advanced topics, I have a strong background in finite math topics such as mathematical modeling, matrix algebra, combinatorics, probability and statistics, linear programming, and logic.
