I am a Japanese exchange student from Tokyo, currently studying at Swarthmore College.
I have nearly two years of tutoring experience and like teaching very much. Right now, I am helping Swarthmore students improve their speaking skills.
I am very patient and understanding; as a learner of French, I understand the difficulties of learning a foreign language. My major is linguistics/literature, so I have a certain amount of knowledge on how language works in general, which helps me teach in a more comprehensible way.
I will be tutoring only until this May.
