I am a graduate student at Temple University. My area of research is neuroscience. I graduated with a B.S. degree in biology from Temple University in 2009, and earned Magna Cum Laude honors. I grew up in suburban Philadelphia with a variety of interests ranging from sports to music. I have extensive tutoring experience due to my younger brother. He is a 7th grader at a prestigious local private school. I have helped him out mainly with Latin and science, as well as math. I also have tutored a number of his friends, he recommended me after receiving an A in science class. My strength as a tutor is my ability to relate to young people. I am still a kid myself and have been through many challenging social, as well as academic situations. My ability to explain concepts to people is what makes me a good tutor. My goal in life is to become a college professor, and tutoring professionaly will give me great experience. My style of teaching makes learning subjects a fun game instead of a tedious chore.
