American History

I took AP United States History my junior year of high school. It's so important to know about the history of our nation and the foundation we're built on.

Microsoft Word

It's so important to learn how to use a word processor effectively. Microsoft Word is one of the most widely used word processing systems out there, and it's the system that I have come into the most contact with through my educational career.

Microsoft PowerPoint

Powerpoint isn't just fun, it's so useful as well! Once you get the hang of all the finer points, you can make some amazing presentations for classes!

SAT Math

The SAT has to be one of the most feared, and most important, tests when college applying time comes. Personally, I LOVED taking the SAT (strange, I know), and would be more than willing to help you do well on yours! Math is one of the areas tested that is specifically looked at, and higher scores are often more desireable when looking at college majors in the sciences or maths.

SAT Reading

SAT Reading is the second test subject that is highly considered. Scoring well on this area, just like in math, is important to your overall score. Let me help you get that score up!

SAT Writing

The SAT Writing portion is fairly new to the test, and some colleges don't even require the score. Just the same, it is important to do well on the exam, and it does factor into the "new score" (out of 2400), and more and more colleges are beginning to look at this portion of the exam.

PSAT

Planning to take the SAT soon? Taking the PSAT is a good way to become exposed to the format of the SAT, and to explore it a little more before taking the actual exam. The PSAT also is used in determining National Merit Scholars.

ACT English

While I've never take the ACTs myself, I'm more than willing to learn their system of operation and help students who are planning to take this test study!
