I am currently a fifth year student at Albright College, finishing my Masters in Special Education. I received my Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts in May, 2011. Throughout my time at Albright College, I worked with students ranging from ages 3-14, students taught in a first grade classroom, students taught in a sixth grade classroom, and most recently I taught an elementary life skills summer school class. This coming fall I will be a middle school special education teaching assistant at a local school district. I am a firm believer in creativity and personal best, meaning that I feel that all students are capable of succeeding! I understand that every child has a different approach to learning, and a different understanding of the world; therefore, many opportunities must be provided in order for them to make real world connections and gain a true understanding of the curriculum being taught. I am confident in my abilities to help students reach their full potential, overcome academic struggles, and overall make learning fun!
