As the Assistant Director of an Engineering and Science Program called SUCCESS at Drexel University, I developed a curriculum and taught a summer class to incoming freshmen students on the text book "Becoming a Master Student" by David Ellis. This book had extensive information on study skills and how to be a successful student.
I have taught history and developed curriculum for various schools including the Girl's program at Congress d'Latinos and Wakisha Charter school in Philadelphia.
Before I became a Journalism major at Ohio University, I was a music major and my instruments were voice and piano.
I have been the director, producer and actor for a TV series entitled "Journey to Nubian World," and have performed in many plays. I also have performed and participated in many events, including the opening of the Philadelphia Visitor's Center, the opening of The Constitution Center, the moving of the Liberty Bell and many Welcome America events and parades.
Recently, I worked with Tutors for The Upward Bound Program at Temple University, where I presented workshops to Tutors who were working for the program.
My many years as an educator have given me the expertise to ensure success for all of my students.
