Hello! My name is Debleena. I am currently pursuing my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Widener University. I completed my undergraduate degree from NYU where I majored in Applied Psychology with a minor in Child & Adolescent Mental Health Studies. In high school, I took AP Level courses in many subjects. I also was an editor on my school paper. I have often been complimented on my positive attitude and my high level of patience.

Before beginning my doctorate degree, I worked at a therapeutic school for children with behavioral/emotional problems. Most of these children are special needs students, so I have experience working with children with ADHD/ADD/ODD/depression/anger issues as well as many other diagnoses. My responsibilities included assisting the children with their academics and I have often been responsible for running the classroom. I spent the past summer working as a substitute teacher in various classrooms with children ages infant-five years old.

I've had experience babysitting for multiple families (infants through teens) since I was a preteen and love working with children. I have experience working with a child with autism. I have often been complimented on my positive attitude, ability to stay calm and my high level of patience.

I have tutored students from elementary to high school ages in most academic subjects. I have also helped edit college admissions essays. My rates are negotiable. I look forward to hearing from you!
