I have a Master's degree in Physics, 8+ years teaching college level physics and mathematics and have assed Probability and Financial Mathematics actuarial exams
I'm available almost all weekday mornings and afternoons, most weekday evenings, and some weekends.
In addition to my time in the classroom I've spent many hours in my office and in help sessions teaching students individually. I found that this time was invaluable for students struggling with certain concepts and I was almost always successful in helping those students overcome whatever obstacles they faced.
My teaching philosophy is simple: anyone can learn anything. There are no students incapable of learning physics or mathematics or any other subject; it simply comes down to time, effort, and a close examination of one's existing knowledge. It is this last aspect of learning where the assistance of a tutor can be invaluable.
I love teaching and think it is one of the most important services that can be provided to someone. I bring that respect and enthusiasm to every lesson and my students reap the benefits.
