My name is Rosa. I graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts in Mathematics at Temple University in May 2012. I am currently a graduate student at Drexel University College of Medicine where I am trying to take my MCAT's this May and apply for medical school.
I have always been great with kids (due to the fact that I have two younger siblings). I spent a couple of summer teaching kids how to swim and have since learned to be patient, kind, and helpful for each child and catered towards their learning techniques and abilities. I applied for tutoring positions at my college where I helped students and friends in science and mathematics courses.
Given the opportunity, I would love to meet with any child, teen, or adult in order to figure out different ways of learning that will help clarify any issues or troubles with understanding problems so that we can together find an effective way of learning that will help in the future as well. I like to take the time to get to know my students, and understand the material for myself so that I can teach and help in any way possible.
