My name is Jenna and I am a 2nd grade teacher. I have a duel certification in elementary and special education. I have been teaching 2nd grade for 3 years, prior to second grade I taught 4th grade and also 5th and 6th special education. I have a passion for children and teaching. I have always loved children and have had experience working with them for several years. Babysitting, working as a nanny, and after school programs are some of the jobs that I have had that have molded me into the compassionate person I am.
I thoroughly enjoy what I do, I wake up every morning knowing I have 20 little kids looking forward to all I will teach them. I have tutored prior students and have seen them make great gains! I have tutored in elementary math, reading, writing, grammar, and language arts. My experience as a special educator has enhanced my ability to differentiate instruction. I am a hands on learner and like to get my students as involved as possible. I am here to help you and your child and look forward to hearing from you!
