I am a junior physics and applied math dual major at Temple University. I am an active researcher in theoretical and computational biophysics at Drexel University. I have been tutoring in math and physics since high school and I love it. My tutoring experience includes all levels of physics for engineers, all levels of calculus, linear algebra, differential equations, computer programming (Python, Matlab, C++), and econometrics.
The way I have helped students in the past is by going over their homework with them and working through example problems step by step until they understand everything. I like to give a brief background on the theory involved, but put more emphasis on understanding the concepts. I try to present the material in multiple ways and in layman's terms so anyone can understand it.
I take tutoring very seriously and dedicate a lot of my time outside of meeting with students to help them move along quicker. I encourage all of my students to email me questions in between lessons and I am very flexible with meeting students on short notice. I am always happy to help.
