I'm a freshman biology major at Drexel University. I've often found myself tutoring my classmates. One of my friends was struggling with chemistry, and they asked me for help. They had failed the first exam, and after an hour of two of studying, they raised their second exam grade from an F to a B. I'm continuing to help them understand the concepts and mathematics behind chemistry. I've always been interested in biology, my plan is to become an emergency room physician, so I have to keep my biology skills sharp. During high school I directed and produced over thirty live shows, and I had over 600 hours of hand on experience in a professional grade studio. When I was four I started tae kwon do. By the time I was 6 I was black belt, I got up to 3rd degree senior black belt and I was a certified instructor and a jr. master. I was accepted into an olympic training program at the age of 12.
My approach to learning, see everything as a system, and understand the underlying concepts. This eliminates mounds upon mounds of unneeded memorization, and it creates a deeper understanding of the concepts at hand. I take the time to explain the in depth concepts, from many different angles. I try my best to accommodate the needs of my students.
