I can help you (or your child) improve both their reading and writing skills. I have been teaching for over thirteen years. I have recently taught writing at Penn State University, The Community College of Philadelphia, Kaplan University and the University of Phoenix. My specialty is essay writing. I have taught hundreds of students how to write better essays.

I have three graduate degrees in English education and writing; a M.Ed from Boston College in Secondary English Education, a M.A. in Creative Writing from the University of New Hampshire, and an MFA from Penn State University. I am also a published author.
