"Great Nursing Tutor"

After failing my first NCLEX exam I was devastated. I knew that studying on my own would not greatly improve my chances of passing the nursing boards so I turned to WyzAnt. I am a poor test taker by nature. I struggled in nursing school because I was often unable to determine what information was being elicited by the questions... or I would narrow my answer choices to two answers and always choose the wrong answer. I found Aneesh, who's strategies helped me right away. We developed a study plan and timeline based on my tentative retest date. Because he is a physician, he was able to teach me content in an in depth way that was different from the nursing curriculum. He also incorporated personal experiences which made it easier to remember small details. Aneesh made pharmacology simple by teaching me acronyms and tricks to memorizing categories and side effects of medications. The second time I took the NCLEX I only received 75 questions. In addition to helping me prepare for the NCLEX, Aneesh also assisted me in being admitted into a competitive nurse residency program. We went over critical interview skills and practiced the interview process which made getting the job a piece of cake. I knew just what to expect and how to respond. I highly recommend Aneesh for any of your medical tutoring needs. He is very knowledgeable. He has flexible hours and meeting locations. He even works on the weekends. If you choose to work with Aneesh, you won't be disappointed. It won't be easy... you have to put in the work... but if you do so you will be successful. If I can pass the NCLEX, anyone can.

Aneesh has been tutoring two kids, in different subject, but both kids love working with him and consistently give him the "excellent" rating. One son struggles a lot with staying on task but works exceptionally well with Aneesh; my other son finishes each 2-hour session with a smile on his face. Both have very different learning styles and personalities, but Aneesh works with both very, very well.

Aneesh helped one son with preparation for a standardized test including the writing part. I had worked with my son previously on an essay and it was a struggle; he just couldn't seem to get a handle on how to express or organize his ideas and we worked hard to get it to come together. After Aneesh started working with my son, he wrote another essay, and I couldn't believe the first draft -- 5 paragraphs, each with a great topic sentence, 3 examples, and then his conclusion. I couldn't believe it. I asked him how he had done this, and he said "Aneesh told me how to write an essay." It was really amazing! I can also see the change in his written work for school, since he says he incorporates the methods Aneesh taught him in his school work.

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
