Having recently received my Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh, I am currently in the process of applying to schools with open library positions. In the meantime, I would like to utilize my teaching experience to assist local students with their communications skills, including public speaking and media communications, as well as English and Language Arts subject material. I recently completed my student teaching experience at Pleasant Valley High School, where I worked in the school library teaching numerous classes a day to assist students with the research process. I look forward to working with children again while I prepare for the next step in my career.
