I am a PA State Certified History Teacher who is available to tutor in many areas. I have experience teaching and tutoring American, World, and European History as well as U.S. Government and Politics. I specialize in AP preparation, as well as writing, research, and note taking skills. I hold an advanced degree in Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
As a tutor, I work to get to know each of my students and their families. Understanding the different needs and learning styles of each student is important to developing a comprehensive tutoring plan. I believe that learning should be engaging and fun, and students must be actively involved in the entire process.
