I have a Ph.D. in Mathematics. I have more than 7 years' teaching experience.
As a teacher I help students set achievable goals and encourage them to focus on long-term improvements, not just grades on current assignments. Students learn to evaluate their progress, critique their own work, analyze their strengths, and address their weaknesses.
I plan very carefully to ensure that all students participate in highly-interesting educational activities that are personally relevant and to create enthusiastic, lifelong learners. Most importantly, I treat all students the same, regardless of their culture, socioeconomic status, or special needs.
