I have discovered that the best way to teach, and to learn, is to make the subject relevant and enjoyable for the student. Therefore, I am a firm believer in one-on-one or small group teaching. Each lesson should be catered specifically to the student, their interests and needs. Learning does not have to be frustrating or "a waste of time" it can, and should be, fun and rewarding. Therefore, I cannot tell you exactly what my teaching style looks like because it changes for each student. I can tell you, however, that my goal in tutoring is to not just help students comprehend the material, but help them enjoy it and want to learn.

Languages are hard and confusing, especially at first. At the same time, they are so useful and important. A language is like a passageway to another world. I would love the chance to help you (or your student) make his/her way into this new world of language or get a firmer grip upon the one they have grown up speaking.
