I look forward to meeting you. If you need to improve your reading or writing, or you would like to learn French, or need to improve it, I can definitely help you. I have a B.A. in English and French literature from Hood College, and have been a writer, editor and French translator for 25 years. I lived in France and Belgium for 12 years, so I really know what living and working in Europe is like. I'm a published article writer, and an ex-newspaper reporter. Learning to read and write better should not be boring! When I tutor you, I will start with the areas that are causing you the most trouble. Our first goal is to help you improve your grades in school as you overcome the obstacles you've had in class and homework. I don't teach boring theory or impose a learning system: I try to work with you "freestyle" and teach you the way you find it easiest to learn.

I've been a French translator for 25 years, ever since I returned from Paris, where I lived for 9 years. I enjoy tutoring in French and have worked with students of all ages for purposes ranging from fun to business.

Microsoft Word

I've been using MS WORD continuously since 1985. First, I was using on a Classic Mac and then switched to PCs around 1990. I've been tested in MS Word by three employment agencies while looking for a second part-time job during the economic crisis, and received grades of between 80 and 90% proficiency. I should mention that I don't own MS Word 2007 but have been using Ms Word 2003 with 2007 compatibility.
