Eboni has been a WyzAnt tutor for three years, where she has tutored middle school, high school, college, and graduate students. She has a passion for helping others learn and has been tutoring elementary, middle, high school students for over the past 15 years. She has volunteered her time in serving as an instructor for the Commonwealth's Keystone Academy for Learning, the American Red Cross, and the National Education Association’s Health Information Network, the National Summerbridge Program, and the YMCA's Teen Achievers Program.
Eboni is currently employed as the manager of a community-wide health promotion program for Lancaster General Health in Lancaster, PA. Prior to this position, she served as the statewide housing director for the PA Department of Public Welfare. Prior to employment within Pennsylvania state government, Eboni worked in various leadership capacities in the field of public health with non-profit, community-based and national organizations; research institutions; and local and state health departments. She worked with prevention programs on a range of health-related topics, including teen pregnancy, obesity, youth violence, and HIV/AIDS/STD prevention. Eboni has earned a B.S. in Biology, a M.S. in Public Health, and an M.B.A. degree. She has begun studies toward a Ph.D. in Public Health.
Her passions include spending quality time with her children, voter registration and education, as well as assisting youth in the development of life skills, tutoring, and mentoring.
