Hi Everyone,

My name is Renee, and I am a professional oil painter/ art teacher with several years of experience . I received my BFA at The College of New Jersey, attended Pennsylvania Academy of the Arts for graduate courses, School of Art/Hamden, CT, and School of Visual Arts /New York City. I currently teach high school ceramics, painting, drawing and crafts. I have extensive experience developing strong portfolios for aspiring artists. I enjoy helping children of all ages develop a strong artistic style. My strengths are my extensive knowledge of art, my patience and my passion to teach and create art. I know what it takes to develop and have a strong portfolio. I currently work at a high school teaching painting and drawing as well as ceramics and crafts. I enjoy sharing my passion of art with all students and help further their desire to learn.

I have taught drawing, painting, and Ceramics in public schools for fifteen years. I currently teach art in a high school full time, and I work with private students on the weekend helping them prepare a strong fine art portfolio.I have gone to many art schools for training in drawing and painting. I also continue to draw on my own daily and I run a life modeling class every Monday night in a private art center in my area.

Painting

I am an experienced art teacher who has been painting for over twenty five years. I have taken many courses on painting techniques as well as taught them. I show my own paintings in local juried galleries and shows in Bucks County and have won awards for some of my pieces. I have studied with teachers and gone to several different art schools. Paier School of Art, Pennsylvania Academy of Fine, to name a few.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
