I am a high school physics and chemistry teacher. I am passionate about science and math, and I love being a part of that "aha" moment that occurs when an idea clicks for one of my students. I understand that each individual is wired differently, but I believe that everybody can be successful in science and math. I do my best to meet each of my students where they are at and to guide them toward their learning goals. I also enjoy showing students how the science and math concepts they are learning can be found all around them in daily life. I have a bachelors degree in physics and a masters degree in teaching science and math. I have over twelve years of experience teaching high school, including physics, chemistry and biology classes. I have also taught summer and evening courses for the physics department at a local university.
