I obtained my Accelerated Bachelor's/Master's in 5 years' time from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, in Biomedical Engineering. I don't have a problem driving a larger distance to meet potential students.
My fee is negotiable, depending on subject matter or distance. High level subjects like graduate level may be 60/hr or higher. K-12 can be a much lower rate, particularly if the tutoree is close by.
I worked at the writing center in Drexel as a tutor for a large pool of students and fixed all sorts of engineering lab papers as well as English papers. I also worked with ESL/TOEFL students often, with great patience and to positive reviews.
I can realistically teach any subject that I have learned already. This includes all high school math and below, as well as linear algebra, differential equations, upper-level statistics, particularly biostatistics, and all levels of calculus.
I know English extremely well, I only know introductory Japanese for those who are just trying to get into it, and I am semi-fluent in Spanish (my vocabulary needs un poquito de trabajo, but my grammar and conjugations are just fine).
I know all the biological sciences really well as it relates to my major and chemistry fairly well from my co-op at the Army Research Laboratory.
My concentration was Bioinformatics, so that is where all my computer science and statistics and IT skills come from.
If you need help, don't be afraid to ask.
