I love to have fun when I teach. I love to laugh and learn new things along with my students. I also love to show them all their potential and that I can be wrong sometimes too. (The teacher isn't always right.) I like to encourage them when they finally understand something that has been hard for them. I like to give them a a lot of practice because that always helps.

I started tutoring when I worked at a maternity home. I worked with pregnant girls at an on site school. Since then I have been volunteering for two years at the local public library. I help students with anything they need. I help them learn to read, help them get their GED, help foriegners with pronunciation. Recently I have taken on private students. I have been helping them with homework and helped them study for the PSATs and SATs.
