I am a native Spanish speaker and have been a teacher for over 20 years. I have taught advanced placement Spanish for "Virtual High School", a school that facilitates teaching a myriad of subjects all over the U.S.A. and the world. I currently work as a public school teacher of Spanish in NJ. I am also, a self-contracted Behavioral Specialist Counselor. All my criminal backgrounds and certifications are current. I have taught in Morristown, NJ, Phillipsburg, Bethlehem, PA and East Orange, NJ.
I use technology as a productivity tool and believe that languages, if taught properly can be easily acquired!
I attended Middlebury College, for 3 years, studying Spanish literature, served in the United States Navy for 6 years where I was a petty training officer and graduated from William Paterson University. I also have
a Master's in Secondary Education and Curriculum Instruction. I have 36 credits in technology education from Full Sail University and 15 credits towards my Doctorate in Education Supervision.
I believe that students should reflect their teachers, so failure is never an option!
