Cheri has been an occupational therapist since 1994 from College Misericordia. In 2009, she received her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Alvernia University. As part of her curriculum, Cheri took classes in marketing, management, entrepreneurship, and statistics in preparation of opening this business.
Since graduation, Cheri has completed all the coursework to become Handwriting without Tears, Level 1 Certified and Alert Program Certified. Other courses that Cheri has completed include several on Sensory Processing Disorder, Visual Processing Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Asperger’s Disease, and Attention Deficit Disorders. In addition, Cheri taught two classes at Alvernia as an adjunct professor at Alvernia University. Cheri is fully committed to keeping abreast of the current research and is an active member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and the Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Association.

For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students.
