I am a teacher who believes that every child has her or his own unique way of learning. I believe that given the opportunity all children can learn. Learning in a one-on-one setting is a great way to enhance classroom learning. I have experience in reading, writing and elementary math. I am also very strong in the elementary sciences and love to teach social studies. I would consider myself a very strong writer, having served as an editor on my college newspaper. I am experienced at term papers, especially writing on literature and also research papers and editing.

I am also a teacher with a strong background in art, as I am a graduate of art school as well. My degree is in film and video and I have a strong background in video editing software as well. I have a strong awareness of composition and color. I love to work with children to help them develop their art talent in drawing, color study, painting, photography and film. I hope to have the opportunity to support you or your child in her or his special learning process.

I am a PA certified Elementary K-6th teacher. I have a strong belief that all elementary students have an ability to learn with the right support. My goal as a teacher is to be committed to my students' individual abilities to grasp material and apply it. I believe that the elementary years are critical in guiding students on their academic journey. In doing this they will be prepared for what is to come in their later schooling years and have many skills to use.
