Why am I a good choice for you? I am certified in PA to teach High School Chemistry. At a recent "National Science Teacher Association Conference" in Baltimore MD, I was selected to give a lecture which presented teaching strategies to meet all learning styles. I hold a PhD in Biophysics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Chemistry from the University of Ky. I am Certified in PA to teach chemistry, and have taught High School chemistry. I have tutored students in chemistry at both the high school and college levels.

Computer Science

I am a former a Senior Systems manager of the IBM computer network at Sungard Asset Management. I currently on a daily basis use both Apple and PC hardware and software for a variety of movies, music, spreadsheet, web creation, graphics, text, and computational tasks.

Organic Chemistry

I hold a PhD in Biophysics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Chemistry from the University of Ky. I am Certified in PA to teach chemistry, and have taught High School chemistry. I have tutored students in chemistry at both the high school and college levels. My graduate school research focused on the structural characterization of organic compounds using NMR, IR, and mass spectroscopy, so I am familiar with both the content and common techniques used in organic chemistry.
