I have been teaching in the public school system for 15 years. I also have experience working with preschool age children in both daycares and early intervention programs. I have worked with children from preschool through 7th grade. I have my undergraduate dual degree in elementary and special education, as well as a reading specialist certification through Kutztown University and I have completed my master's degree in education through Cabrini College. I have decided not to return to the public school system next year so that I can be at home more with my own two children and be more involved in their school during the day. The opportunity for tutoring offers me a way to still work with students as well as be more involved with my own children's school. I look forward to working with your child/children to create an effective program to foster their progress in school.
