My goal is to improve my students understanding and grasp of scientific principles and translate that into better grades. To do so, I work closely with students to identify areas that need improvement and apply teaching methods tailored to fit their learning style.
I hold both a Ph.D. in biophysics from Penn State University and an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry. My teaching and tutoring experience includes the following:
A teaching assistant in undergraduate chemistry at Penn State;
A laboratory assistant in undergraduate chemistry at Thomas Jefferson;
And tutoring undergraduate chemistry students at Penn State.
Furthermore, I have been in the Pharmaceutical Industry for several years and I have a passion for the Sciences. My objective is share this passion with my students, since I receive personal satisfaction when my students succeed in their mastery of the subject matter.
