I have tutored a host of people for over a decade now. I tutor my friends, children of family friends and members of my church (as a volunteer with the youth group) all with marked improvements in grades and with sterling performances on standardized tests.

As an Engineer, I am well grounded in most things quantitative. I chose to be an engineer because I have always excelled at math and the sciences and also because I have an inquisitive mind. I know and understand the subject matter in details, have applied them in the real-world and above all, I have the skills to impart my knowledge to you, just as I have done with the others I have tutored over the years.

I do my utmost best to assess your level of understanding of key and rudimentary concepts governing the subject and questions. In situations where it is glaring that you lack the needed grounding, I will patiently go over these concepts with you. In my tutoring sessions, I make use of diagrams, illustrations, and everyday examples to help you capture vital concepts, ideas, and tricks that you need to reduce complex word problems into equations and expressions you can easily follow.
