For thirty years I've had the pleasure teaching the Italian language to a wide range of students. Being a native Italian gives my students the opportunity to hear and repeat back with perfection this beautiful language. I am most capable of immersing my students in both pedagogy and andragogy of the language with an intellectual curiosity that builds upon successes and rekindles their passion to achieve literacy. The spoken content of a language is roughly 7 percent; my students hear, understand and speak like an Italian. So much is taught in a great conversation.
