I think one of the reasons I get so much out of helping students is that I love learning myself. I was one of those kids who had to read everything: labels, cereal boxes -- and, of course, books. The internet is like a huge candy jar for me. What will I find around the corner today? That's my outlook on it. I love researching, and I always have a book to read each day.
In this economic environment, we are all in charge of our own education. We can never learn too much. This can either be a depressing thought, or we can choose to look at it as a challenging game. I choose the latter.
See you in school.
