It is my genuine pleasure to write this review for an amazing tutor, Chariz.

My son had significant difficulties with Chemistry and Algebra II during his Sophomore year. In addition he has some minor learning disability and was very unorganized. This added to his frustration and lessen his motivation even further.

Before Chariz he had few other tutors who were helpful but were not able to change his mental attitude to study. Right from the first lesson with her it became clear to us that we found a "gold". Not only she was able to explain him the most difficult concepts easily, but most importantly her work ethics, love to what she does and true dedication were unmatched by anyone before.
With her help my son was not only able to significantly improve his grades, but also got his self-confidence back, and with it motivation and desire to learn. She also made him more organized - something that seemed impossible even in our dreams.
She was so punctual that we could check our watch by her arrival times- no matter what was the "weather" "traffic" or other excuses that many other tutors use, she was ALWAYS on time.

Unfortunately we had to relocate from Portland, and this is the only reason we did not continue using her help. In fact we are looking for a new tutors now in California but we are so "spoiled" by Chariz that I doubt we will be happy with any other tutor.
In summary, we have our highest appreciation for Chariz personality and professionalism, and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
