I graduated from the University of Tulsa (TU) in biological sciences with minors in history, anthropology, and geology. I also graduated with my masters of science in biogeosciences at TU. During my masters, I taught physical geology labs at TU and led many field trips. Currently, I am pursuing my PhD in biogeosciences at TU, and I am still teaching. I have around 7 years experience as an environmental consultant working for Native American Tribes on water quality issues, grant writing, and environmental assessments. I am very passionate about science and teaching it to others. Since I teach an introductory lab at TU, I have a lot of experience teaching students that struggle with science or have a difficult time enjoying it. I am also really experienced in teaching ways to study for tests so that students can understand the material while utilizing their time. I am dedicated, easy going, and would love to be your tutor.
