Hi! I would like to tell you a little about myself before I share my experiences with teaching Sign Language. Married for 25 years. Very active in church activities including a deaf Choir. Been a church nursery director for 3 years and work in the childcare field for 30 years.
Sign Language is not a universal Language, meaning every time I move, classes have to be taken to learn for the new area. Completed Sign Language I & II and plan on continuing my Education in the future at OSU for my degree. I hope I can teach students about the importance of sign language, and how it can be used as a tool in ministry.
