Hello,
I've been working on computers as a hobby since I was eight years old. Over the years I started to realize I had talents with this and began turning this into a professional occupation and more than just a passing thing. Now flash forward a few decades and I am a fully trained support professional with an experience in customer service. While I was doing this customer service role I had the unique opportunity to begin assisting in the training of fellow employees and I found that I rather enjoyed that as well. I learned a little secret during that 6 month project, providing technical support is about 40% training and I happen to like training, I'm also quite good at it.
Also let me give you a little professional background. I have 5 years experience in Technical Support and Help Desk roles, 2 years experience in office staff related training, 1 year experience in general training, and 3 years experience in customer service. I also hold multiple certifications including A Plus, MCP, MCTS: Vista, and CIW Web Professional.
So now that you know a little bit about me let me give you some of my skills that I am at an expert level with and have experience in providing training on these subject:
