Patience and commitment are 2 key characteristics I would require in a tutor. I have those abilities in addition to a broad range of educational achievements. Ohio Real Estate salesperson license with GRI and e-PRO designations.
I list these not to impress you but to make you aware of what commitment to learning and education can accomplish. Seventy-five percent or higher of the learning process is desire and discipline to learn the subject matter. We must have a certain level of intelligence to learn but desire and focus are as much of the process as having the intelligence to do so.
My tutor philosophy attempts to make difficult subject matter more enjoyable and the learning process developed to an overachievement level. The student eventually can not get enough of the learning and education available. Let's stimulate that thirst for Knowledge!
