My son was majorly struggling in Algebra. His teacher told us that he should go back to PreAlgebra and my son refused. My son learns differently, he needs to know WHY something works the way that it does. It's not enough for him just to show him how to do it, he needs to know WHY and HOW, without both of those components nothing makes sense. Kim has an amazing way of showing him how it all ties together. She shows him how smart he is. She has worked really hard to figure out the best way to teach him - to figure out how his brain works. There have been sessions where she has worked harder than he has - because she's trying to find a way to get through to him - and she always does. If someone is motivated to learn and serious about succeeding, Kim will do anything she can to find a way to teach a concept. My son went from that terrible day in September when he got a Zero, to failing his first quarter to getting an A on his last test. On his most recent quiz he earned a C. Today he took the first part of his Semester final and while we don't have the score for it yet - I can tell you this... he walked out of school smiling. He was told it would take 2 days to finish 50 problems... he did 40 of them today. Tomorrow he will finish it and have time to go back and check his answers... it may not be a miracle - but it sure feels like it. If this test goes as well as I feel it will - my son will have a C or a B in this class for the quarter. Kim is worth EVERY PENNY we have spent. The best part is, Kim is invested in his success. She really does CARE not only about what he knows - but how he feels about what he knows. We definitely chose the right tutor for my son!

You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
