Composition (Music)

I studied composition with Malcom Forsythe and Michael Gibb under Professional Music at Berklee College of Muisc. Topics included Classical, Jazz and Pop composition and arranging.

Music History

I have studied music history at the University of Alberta in a two year long program called the Art Music of Western Europe and North America.

In addition I am a graduate of Berklee College of Music class of '81 and have spent my life teaching music and performing.

Piano

Piano as a method to learn music. Play the songs in the styles you want to learn. Options include Jazz, Classical & Pop. Chord style piano, lead sheets or traditional two stave style.

I have over 35 years of experience teaching piano. Degree from Berklee College of Music BA. Course work from U of A and Banff School of Fine Arts.

I have mastered the following saxophones Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Baritone.
