Bonjour, my name is Sarah M. I am 25 years old and recently graduated from Beloit College. I received a Bachelor's degree in French
, and have spent two terms overseas in France and Senegal. From January- May 2006, I studied for four months at the university in Rennes, France. From January- May 2007, I studied in Dakar, Senegal. I worked and lived in France, on a 7 month contract, as an English language
teaching assistant in two French primary schools to nearly 100 children aged 7-11 years old. I would like to share my love of French with you. So, if you are looking to improve your knowledge of French language and culture, do not hesitate to contact me! In addition to overseas work and study experience, I have worked as a tutor on my college's campus for various levels of French ranging from beginner through introductory literature
courses. I have also served as a teaching assistant for the introductory level French course on my home campus. Also, I have been working with adults, usually around the intermediate level, on English as a Second Language
I usually work with materials and books students have; however, I also occasionally use some of my own materials.
Tutors have the ability to create educational resources and share them with the WyzAnt community.
Here are some of the resources created by Sarah.
